Followingadvisesarehowevertobetakenintoconsiderationinordertoobtainagoodperformanceandprolongedoftheexpansionjoint. 
注意：為了獲得良好的性能和延長伸縮（suō）縫的使用壽命，必須考慮以下建議。 
Fixedpoints 
固（gù）定點 
Anexpansionjointactsasapistonbytheforcesarisingfromtheinternalpressure.Topreventthepipesfromdamagetheyaretobeproperlyanchoredinordertotakecareofthesereactionforces(Fr). 
橡膠接頭由內部壓力產生的力作用於活塞，為了防止管道受到損壞，必須將管道固定起來，以處理這些反作用力（FR）。 
TheReactionforceofanexpansionjointiscalculatedbythefollowingformula:

Installation

為方便調節安裝尺寸使淞江橡膠（jiāo）接頭固有的低剛度。 
Checkthepermissiblemovements,temperature,pressureandproperrubberqualitybeforeinstallation! 
安裝前先檢（jiǎn）查管道的活動範（fàn）圍，溫度，壓力和對（duì）應的橡膠（jiāo）材（cái）質！ 
Theexpansionjointsshallbeeasilyaccessibleandopentoregularsupervision.Ltisrecommendedtolettheexpansionjointsworkincompressionratherthanstretching.Torsionisnotpermitted. 
橡（xiàng）膠接頭應很容易的定期（qī）檢查。我建議橡膠接頭的工作是壓縮，而不是（shì）拉伸，更不（bú）允（yǔn）許扭轉。

保養須知：每月要觀察橡膠接頭是否超位移拉長（zhǎng），保持橡膠接頭在正（zhèng）常長度內使用。

Mounting 
安裝 
Inordertoprovidethemovementcapabilitiesindicatedindicatedinthetechnicalspecifications,theassemblyboltsshouldbemountedwithboltsheadstowardsexpansionjintbody.(1) 
Ifthisisforanyreasonimpossible,ensurethatthethreadedboltsprojectaslittleaspossible(nomorethan2or3mm)toavoiddamagetothebody. 
為了保（bǎo）證伸縮能力，技術安裝說明，裝配螺栓應安裝螺栓（shuān）頭朝橡膠（jiāo）管反方向。（1） 
如果無法朝（cháo）橡膠管反方向安（ān）裝螺栓，那麽就需要確（què）保螺紋螺栓盡量少（不超過2毫米或3mm），以避免損壞身體。

在錨杆壓力均勻分布的斜交序列中，必須采用（yòng）漸進式和橫向（xiàng）式。

橡膠接（jiē）頭的設計保證了對法（fǎ）蘭的密（mì）封，這（zhè）就是為什麽不需要密封墊（diàn）圈的原因。 
Note:Iftheboltsandnutsaretightenedtoostrongly,thesealingfacemightbecrushedcausingfunction! 
注意：如果螺栓和螺（luó）母（mǔ）擰（nǐng）緊過大，密封麵（miàn）可能（néng）被壓（yā）碎導致漏水！ 
Counterflanges 
反法（fǎ）蘭 
Itisveryimportantforthesafeoperatingandlifeexpectancyoftheexpansionjointtomakeaproperinstallationofthecounterflanges(Fig.2to5).Thesealingfaceofthecounterflangemustbemachinedsmoothandcovermostoftherubbersealingface(oratleast60%)toensureagoodsealing(Fig.2). 
正確安（ān）裝防側法蘭對橡膠接頭（tóu）的安全運行和壽命是（shì）非常重要的（圖2*5）。對法蘭密封麵要加工光滑，覆蓋大部分（fèn）的橡膠密封麵（*少80%）確保良好的密封（圖2）。

不要塗（tú）或潤滑橡膠接頭的橡膠部件！ 
Whenweldingworkistotakeplacethebellowhastobeprotectedfromweldingheatandsparks! 
當焊（hàn）接工作發生時，橡膠管體（tǐ）必須防止焊接發（fā）熱和火花！
