兹（zī）证明本厂出售下列产品

We certify that our factory sells the following products

本产品（pǐn）在出厂前经过各项品质制作及（jí）性能试验均合格（gé），符合标准及技术条件（jiàn）的规定，自交货（huò）之日起在正常状况下，保质期为（wéi） 12个月, 但非人力所能（néng）抗拒之灾害，外力破坏及未经本厂同意而私自拆卸者均（jun1）不属保质之列。

The product is qualified by all quality making and performance test before leaving the factory. It meets the requirements of standard and technical conditions. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery, but it is not the quality of the disaster, the external force and the unauthorized dismantling without the consent of the factory.
